Hair terms and conditions

  • you must come with your hair washed, blow-dried and detangled. if not there will be charged a extra โ‚ฌ10. it is not allowed to appear with products or oils in your hair to the appointment.

  • theย  braiding hair is included with the prices, that means that you need to add the hair colour to the booking if not the colour automatic will be 1B.
  • LayeddByBri unfortunatly don't braid european hair.
  • for a squeeze-in there is an extra charge of โ‚ฌ20 an appointment on the same day or the day before also counts as a squeeze-in.
  • Appointments before 11:00 am and after 18:00 pm will incur an additional โ‚ฌ15
  • For an VIP spot is an extra charge of โ‚ฌ35

Deposit

  • a deposit of 25% is required to confirm your appointment. The deposits will be reduced from the total price to pay at the location.ย 

    The deposit is non-refundable.

    the deposit is only refundable if we cancelled the appointment.
  • Deposits will only be refunded via the app and not through payment requests. The deposit will be credited back to the original payment account within 2โ€“3 business days.

Cancellation/Rescheduling

  • Cancelling your appointment is possible till 24 hours before your appointment. If the appointment is canceled within the 24 hours you still need to pay the remaining balance.
  • rescheduling your appointment is only possible 24 hours before your appointment after the 24 hours it will not be possible to reschedule your appointment.

Late

  • If you are 10 minutes late there will be an additional โ‚ฌ10 charged
  • If you are 15 minutes late the appointment will be cancelled unless your the last client of the day we can figure out what the possibilityยดs are.
  • please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes.

Payment

  • Pin and cash payments are both possible.

Extra guests

  • Please do not bring additional people to the appointment, drop off and pick up after the appointment is of course possible.

Changing of the style

  • Unfortunately, changing your hairstyle at the last minute ย is not possible unless it is for a style that takes less time, so please check carefully when you book the appointment.

Ordering Bundles
  • Please note that if you order bundles from us, they must be ordered at least 7 days in advance.
  • Please note that when ordering bundles, the full amount must be paid in one payment at the time of booking.
